On August 19th, Ambassador Guo Min paid a Courtesy call on newly appointed Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov. During the meeting Ambassador Guo Min and the Foreign Minister exchanged views on China-Azerbaijan relations, cooperation under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, international cooperation in the fight against COVID-19 and other issues of mutual concern.
